I am a fifty year old marathon runner. I had been experiencing multiple injuries due to too much running without enough overall fitness to support my mileage. My physical therapist suggested that I work with a trainer to help strengthen my core and increase my overall fitness. With this goal in mind I asked Justin to be my trainer and I have worked with him for two years. Justin is totally client focused: it’s all about what the individual’s needs are. He is sensitive to the importance of keeping work-outs fresh and avoiding boredom. To that end, he has an endless list of different exercises to keep the workouts interesting and novel. He is knowledgeable about injury and what exercises are helpful or risky for various concerns. Justin is reliable, responsible, and very friendly. I am honored to have worked with this committed fitness trainer who takes a personal interest in his clients and their goals.
