Justin Budovsky’s Bio

justin_isolatedJustin Budovsky, an AFAA certified trainer and Chek certifed exercise coach, provides one-on-one personal training services and motivational support to his clients.

Justin earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports and Leisure Management from Franklin Pierce College, where he attended on an athletic scholarship for baseball.

Justin’s clients range from professionals trying to obtain a better work-life balance to clients experiencing the benefits of personal training for the first time. No matter what your fitness goals are, Justin can develop a customized routine to get you there.

Athletes, training to get an edge in sports, appreciate Justin’s holistic approach to exercise. His specialty, as a Certified Chek Holistic Exercise Coach, benefits clients by combining traditional and mind-body exercises. This specialty is held by fewer than 10 health professionals in Massachusetts.

Trained by Art of Strength kettlebell exercise experts, Justin incorporates kettlebell training into workouts for increased fat burning, variety, and balance.

Aside from enjoying team sports, Justin is also an avid snowboarder and golfer.
