It is a pleasure for me to say a few words about my personal trainer, Justin Budovsky. First of all, I have been working with Justin, or shall we say that he has been working with me, for the last few years. I find him to be accepting, supportive, encouraging, non pushy but also goal oriented. He has a low-keyed approach that works with me yet it is clear that we meet to make me stronger and healthier. Our sessions are not all “business focused” however the work does get done and the time flies. He is very careful not to cause me injury yet he does challenge the areas that need strengthening which will avoid future injury. Justin varies the individual exercises so as to not make either of us bored. I find him to be a capable and dedicated personal trainer who sets a nice tone. He is dedicated to the profession he has chosen and is not in it just for the money. His mission, is that he wants to do the right thing for the person who wishes to be trained. I highly recommend him for those of us who need or could use the highly individualized service he provides.

I’ve really increased my overall strength and lean muscle size. Most importantly, Justin pushes when I need to be pushed but knows to holdback if I have to. And, in all the time I’ve worked with Justin, I’ve never done the same routine! We’re constantly changing what we’re doing, so work-outs are interesting and fun! So often trainers at the gym are running a set program and only interested in moving through their clients.
