Types of Sessions
- One-on-one training
- Creative workouts using non-traditional equipment like therabands, medicine balls, kettlebells, free weights, bosu balls, boxing equipment, and body weight exercises that are tailored to an individual’s needs and goals.
- Group training
- A more economical option than one-on-one training, sessions using non-traditional equipment for groups of 2-4 people focused on individual needs but with shared motivation and goals.
- Outdoor training
- For those who are sick of exercising inside, these outdoor workouts use kettlebells, boxing equipment, and objects in the natural environment like benches and steps.
- Kettlebell training
- Total body workout combining weight training and cardio that burns more calories in a shorter amount of time than traditional weight training. A kettlebell is a cast iron weight that look like a cannonball with a handle.
- Athletic team group training
- Taking team fitness to a new level through strength training and conditioning focused on the athletes’ needs specific to their sport.
- Pricing determined on an individual basis.
- Corporate group training
- On-site group workouts offered through businesses as a way to keep their employees active and reduce stress.

Pricing
Individual Training
- 1(one) 1-hour session $120 a hour
- 5 (five) 1-hour sessions $110 a hour
- 10 (ten) 1-hour sessions $105 a hour
- 15 (fifteen) 1-hour sessions $100 a hour
- 20 (twenty) 1-hour sessions $95 a hour
Group Training
- Duo (2 people)
- 1 (one) 1-hour session $135
- 10 (ten) 1-hour sessions $1,250
Trio (3 people)
- 1 (one) 1-hour session $185
- 10 (ten) 1-hour sessions $1,750

Personal Training Packages Policy
The fee structure for personal training packages reduces the price of each session and is paid in advance. There are no refunds or credits should you not use all the session included in package purchased.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call 617-413-0216 or you will be charged in full for the service. We except mastercard,visa, checks, or cash.
